We have ideas for soles.” We are a leading company on shoe soles design, engineering and production, that aims to write a new chapter on the history of soles making. To fulfil that, we need strong-minded people. We are looking for a creative, resourceful product Developer to get on board and work with a high level of autonomy. Must be fearless, Open-minded and ready to embrace projects from the biggest shoe brands in the world. We are not seeking for a genius but for a talented and passionate person who wants to fully embrace this project as a true way of life. Recognition, team work, and though challenges are guaranteed. Function: • Product Development Follow Up – Monitoring Design, Material selection, Tool Development and Industrialization – until Customer approval • Client support throughout the entire value chain • Materials research and search • Prospecting new markets and business worldwide Profile: • The candidates shall combine technical knowledge, business expertise and creativity • Availability, someone who seeks to play in World League – enjoys traveling and bending with other cultures • Dynamic, empathic and joyful • Preferably recently graduated, with an engineering or science background (not eliminatory) • “Yes, WE CAN” Spirit • Fluent in English, German or French • Residence in the Porto area If you feel you are the right one for this challenge, share your CV with castro@we-aloft.com |
