DOCENTES DA ULVNF E INVESTIGADORES DO CLEGI PARTICIPARAM NA CONFERÊNCIA INTERNACIONAL 2013 AHRD-ASIA
A Prof.ª Doutora Elizabeth Real e o Prof. Doutor Pedro Ferreira, docentes da ULVNF e investigadores do CLEGI – Centro Lusíada de Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, participaram na 12th International Conference of the Asia Chapter of Academy of Human Resource Development and the 11th International Conference on Human Resource Development.
A Prof.ª Doutora Elizabeth Real, em co-autoria com o Dr. Paulo Ventura, Director de Recursos Humanos da Colep Portugal, apresentou o artigo Branding to Engage: The Inner Dimension of Employer Brand; por sua vez, o Prof. Doutor Pedro Ferreira apresentou o artigo The Influence of Corporate Social Responsability on Employee Engagement. A Conferência Internacional decorreu em Taipei, Taiwan, de 06 a 08 de Novembro.
